State-To-State Info

I am so excited to hear this! sorry for my delay as well, you will be playing close to the same spot as you did last year.  If you need directions again I can provide them.  The roads to close at 7am, so try to be timely and be at your location at 7.  You will have time to wait since you are again at the turn around point.  The exact address is 4635 E. Contreras Rd., it is the Mescher's and I have informed them of the number and that at some point someone may need to use their facilities.  I am curious if you will need and power strips or electrical cords? And if you have any questions please let me know, my cells are 513-461-3252 and 513-615-5034.

So, here's the plan...
 
For those coming from Hamilton / Fairfield, meet in the parking lot at Badin at 6:30 am (Yes, I know it's early!!!) to carpool / caravan to location.  Those in the Oxford area can go directly to the location.  Here are directions from Badin:  You will be finished before Noon.

After arriving at the site, relax for awhile until the runners begin to appear.  Then, continue playing pep/stand tunes until the event ends.  If you wish to stay for the events afterwards, feel free.

Bring your instrument, all marching/pep band music, a water bottle and a lawn chair.  Wear some form of Badin apparrel, but dress for the weather.

Mr. Mitchell will be in charge of song selection and recording attendance as Mr. Moore will be unable to attend.

Have a good time, and represent Badin well!
