Friday In Class:  Load trailer, take Concert Uniform home

Friday 7:35:  Warm Up

Friday 7:55:  Begin Playing

Friday 8:00:  Ceremony begins

Friday 9:15 - 9:30 (approx.):  Ceremony ends, load trailer, dismiss

Monday In Class:  Unload trailer, check-in uniforms.

*****Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event.  Drivers are encouraged to arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 rather than waiting for a call at the end as traffic on Hamilton-Mason RD will be VERY HEAVY immediately following the ceremony.**********
