Yard Sale Fundraiser

On August 8 (that's THIS SATURDAY!)from 10 am until 3 PM we will be hosting a Yard Sale fundraiser at Badin. This will occur rain or shine, and WE NEED YOU to help make this event successful. How can you help?
- Sellers are needed to run the tables
- Set-up / Take Down crews are needed for Friday evening and Saturday
- Send your donations for sale! Mr. Moore is at Badin from 10-3 today through Thursday, and Mrs. Cifuentes will be there on Friday for item drop-off.
- Spread the news!

We will incorporate our Entertainment Book Sale and possibly other fundraising ideas (concessions, etc) if we have enough workers.

Both students and parents are needed!

Marching Band Photos

The group photo for Marching Band will take place on Friday, August 14 at Badin. This photo will be featured in the Fall Sports program and the Badin yearbook.

The Marching Band / Color Guard photo will be taken at 6:00 PM. We will use the summer uniform. If you marched on July 4, you already have one. If you need one, uniform parts will be available in the Music Room before the photo - simply bring white socks and clean athletic shoes (and your instrument, of course) for the photo, and you can change into uniform when you arrive.

I will be in the Music Room, hopefully, by 5:15. (I have a court hearing for the foster kids at 3:30). Individual and small-group photos are also available. Envelopes for these photos can be obtained in the Badin office, and they will also be available at the time of the photo - please bring a check if you would like one of these packages.

Any student who plans to participate in ANY Badin music group this school year is asked to visit the following web page and fill out the required data:

This will help me, and also the Music Boosters to have a better idea about this year's resource requirements for each group, and will help us get a head start on the upcoming school year.

So, if you plan to participate in: Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Color Guard, Concert Choir, Middle School Concert Band or any other group, please respond!
